The scorekeeper got an easy start on Monday as neither Central Cambria nor Bald Eagle Area made it on the board until the fifth inning. The Red Devils skirted past the Eagles 5-4.

Central Cambria got a great performance from Owen Harringer as he struck out seven batters over 5.2 innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off three hits. Harringer has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on JD Brouse, who went 2-for-4 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run. The team also got some help courtesy of Brayden Blasko, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one run and one double.

Central Cambria's record is now 8-2. As for Chestnut Ridge, they now have a losing record of 4-5.
