Baseball Recap: Olympus Picks Up Seventh Consecutive Victory

Olympus extended their winning streak to seven on Saturday, bumping their season record up to 16-7 in the process. They never let the East Leopards get on the board and left with a 12-0 victory. Considering the Titans have won 11 matchups by more than five runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

Josh Stohl was a standout: he went 3-for-4 with three stolen bases, four runs, and one double. Olympus is undefeated when Stohl posts two or more runs, but 6-7 otherwise. JACK EVANS was another key player, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs, one triple, and two RBI.

Olympus was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .391. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .333 or higher in seven consecutive games.

As for East, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-17. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since April 14, 2023, but that streak is no more.

On East's side, they saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Logan Lunt, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Olympus beat the Leopards by a score of 5-2 on Monday.
