It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Appalachian had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Victory Christian Lions as they made off with a 10-4 win. The Eagles might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 19 matchups by six runs or more this season.

Appalachian pushed their record up to 23-10-4 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 15.0 runs over those games. As for Victory Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-9.

As of now, neither Appalachian nor the Lions have any future games scheduled.
