Baboquivari skates past San Manuel with ease

Recap: Baboquivari Warriors vs. San Manuel Miners
The Baboquivari Warriors waltzed into Thursday's game with two straight wins but they left with three. They blew past San Manuel 72-38 at home. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Baboquivari also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2022.
Kara Baptisto had a dynamite game for Baboquivari, dropping a double-double on 33 points and 10 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Samantha Ortiz, who scored 9 points along with 7 rebounds and 6 assists.
Baboquivari's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for San Manuel, they now have a losing record at 1-2.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Baboquivari will square off against Leading Edge Academy - GEC at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. San Manuel and St. David will face off at 5:30 p.m. on December 5th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. St. David has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
