There's no place like home for Massaponax, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They took down the Brooke Point Black Hawks 43-29 on Tuesday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 48-37 back in December of 2024.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Massaponax to victory, but perhaps none more so than Savannah Teel, who went 6 for 10 en route to 13 points and four steals. Nadia Banawoe was another key player, going 6 of 10 on her way to 12 points.

Massaponax was working as a unit and finished the game with 13 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Brooke Point only posted three assists.

Despite the loss, Brooke Point still got an impressive performance from Chloe Williams, who dropped a double-double with 13 points and ten rebounds. That was a full 44.8% of Brooke Point's points, marking the third time in a row she's posted more than a third of the team's points.

Massaponax's record is now 7-10. As for Brooke Point, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost seven of their last nine contests, which has put a noticeable dent in their 4-8 record this season.

Massaponax has already played their next game, a 49-27 win against North Stafford on the 31st. As for Brooke Point, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 56-24 victory against Gar-Field on the 30th.
