Baseball Recap: Foran Comes Up Short

Foran lost against Xavier back in April, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Lions fell just short of the Falcons by a score of 11-10. The Lions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Foran's defeat dropped their record down to 8-6. As for Xavier, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-4 record this season.

While Foran had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
