            The Washington Academy Raiders will take on the Dexter Tigers at 7:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Washington Academy comes in on four and Dexter on six.
Washington Academy is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup  on Saturday. They never let Mount View get on the board and left with  a   10-0  victory. Considering the Raiders have won 13 matchups by more than five  runs this season, Saturday's  blowout was nothing new.

 James Welch made a big impact no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound,   keeping things locked down with   no  earned runs or hits while striking out ten over five innings pitched. That's the most  strikeouts  he has posted since back in May. He was also stellar in the batter's box,  going 2-for-3 with three  RBI, two  runs,  and one  stolen base. He has been hot for a while, having  posted  at least one  stolen base the last nine times he's  played.
 In other batting news,  Trevor Shimabukuro was  incredible,  going a perfect 2-for-2 with one  home run, three  runs,  and one  triple. That's the most  runs  he has posted since back in May.  Colby Moholland was another key player,  going 1-for-3 with two  RBI, one  run,  and one  double.
 Washington Academy was getting hits left and right  and  finished the game having  posted a batting average of .526. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a  batting average of .308 or higher in three consecutive  games.
 Dexter hadn't beaten Bucksport on the road since April 26, 2023 but that history sure didn't bother them  on Saturday. The Tigers walked away with  a   5-2  win over the Golden Bucks.
 Washington Academy's victory bumped their record up to 16-2. As for Dexter, their win bumped their record up to 13-6.
