Basketball Game Preview: St. Mary's Rams vs. Kimball Jaguars

The St. Mary's Rams will square off against the Kimball Jaguars at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. St. Mary's is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 56.3 points per game this season.

St. Mary's is probably headed into the game with a chip on their shoulder considering Tracy just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Wednesday. They fell just short of the Bulldogs by a score of 51-48.

The loss doesn't tell the whole story though, as several players had good games. One of the most active was William Weathington, who went 5 of 9 on his way to 11 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jayden Hinkston, who posted ten points and five assists.

Meanwhile, Kimball was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They were beaten by Lincoln 84-46. The Jaguars were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 51-22.

Kimball's defeat dropped their record down to 6-11. As for St. Mary's, their loss dropped their record down to 8-8.
