Meanwhile, Mount Hope Christian Academy won against Paden City on Tuesday with 84 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Saturday. Mount Hope Christian Academy simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat West Logan Christian Academy 84-51. Mount Hope Christian Academy pushed the score to 66-36 by the end of the third, a deficit West Logan Christian Academy had little chance of recovering from.

Victory Baptist Academy better focus on containing RYAN PERRY and TALAN CARON as the pair were huge in Mount Hope Christian Academy's win. PERRY dropped a double-double on 19 points and ten rebounds, while CARON went 6 of 12 on his way to 16 points along with seven rebounds and six assists. Those 19 points gave PERRY a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of MALACHI FLOHR, who posted 12 points in addition to five assists and three steals.

Mount Hope Christian Academy was working as a unit and finished the game with 20 assists. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their assist total in three consecutive matches.
