Soccer Recap: Klein Forest Takes a Loss

The Klein Forest Eagles came up short against the Klein Oak Panthers on Friday, falling 4-1. The Eagles were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 3-0.

Their goal came courtesy of Anthony Zavala, who's now up to five this season.

Klein Forest has traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last eight matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-11 record this season. Klein Oak's win ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-6.

Looking ahead, Klein Forest will face off against Tomball Memorial at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Tomball Memorial's last five games have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Klein Oak, a feisty cat fight will be fought as the Klein Oak face off against the Klein Collins at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
