Volleyball Recap: ALA - West Foothills Beats Payson for Their 11th Straight Win

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but ALA - West Foothills had no problem doing just that on Saturday. They came out on top against the Payson Longhorns by a score of 3-1. The Guardians are really starting to get used to good results now that the team has won 11 straight.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 22-25, 25-16, 25-22.

Despite the loss, Payson still got an impressive performance from Jenna Schinstock, who had nine digs and two assists.

ALA - West Foothills' victory bumped their record up to 18-6. As for Payson, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 28-10 record this season.

ALA - West Foothills didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Northwest Christian on the 8th. Payson does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
