Volleyball Recap: Capital Comes Up Short

Capital saw some tournament action on Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Woodrow Wilson Flying Eagles.

While Capital ultimately came up short, they really made Woodrow Wilson work, particularly in the second set. The final score came out to 25-15, 26-24.

Capital now has a losing record of 0-1-1. As for Woodrow Wilson, they now have a winning record of 1-0-3.

Coming up, Capital will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Riverside at 6:00 p.m. As for Woodrow Wilson, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Hurricane on the 23rd.
