Volleyball Recap: Camelback Takes a Loss

Camelback came into their game on Thursday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 3-0 to the South Mountain Jaguars. The Spartans haven't had much luck with the Jaguars recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Camelback's loss dropped their record down to 2-12. As for South Mountain, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-5 record this season.

Camelback and South Mountain will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next contests. The next time the Spartans see the court they'll take on Maryvale at 6:00 p.m. on the 14th. As for South Mountain, their break will end when they face Browne at 6:00 p.m. on the 14th.
