Richmond and Muncie Central are an even 5-5 against one another since February of 2018, but not for long. The Red Devils will be playing at home against the Bearcats at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Richmond has given up an average of 61.2 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Muncie Central is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.5 points over those games. As for Richmond, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-11 record this season.

Richmond came up short against Muncie Central when the teams last played back in January of 2025, falling 55-43. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of the Bearcats' Landen Wells, who went 7-for-8 en route to 24 points. Now that the Red Devils know the damage he can cause, will they be able to stop him this time? There's only one way to find out.
