Lily Shields Game Report: @ Rib Lake

Lily Shields put up the most runs she's had since back in May of 2024 on Friday. She scored three runs and stole a base while going 1-for-5, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best she's had all season long. She also put up an RBI, which was her first of the season.

Coming up, Shields and Newman will square off against Marathon at 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Despite Shields' best efforts to the contrary, the Fighting Cardinals will head into their next match having dropped 13 straight contests dating back to last season.
