Softball Recap: Cuba/Spoon River Valley Wildcats vs. Illini Bluffs Tigers
It was a proper cat-fight when Cuba/Spoon River Valley duked it out with Illini Bluffs on Thursday. The Wildcats fell just short of the Tigers by a score of 6-5. The Wildcats haven't had much luck with the Tigers recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.
Kacie White was huge while hitting and pitching even without the win. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run over six innings pitched.
