After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Harbor Beach, Ubly was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They put the hurt on the Marlette Red Raiders with a sharp 42-22 victory. The Bearcats' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

The win got Ubly back to even at 2-2. As for Marlette, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Ubly will take on rival Vassar at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Marlette is set to challenge their familiar foe Reese at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
