Softball Recap: St. Cloud Extends Winning Streak to Two

St. Cloud barely beat Harmony the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Bulldogs' pitchers stepped up to hand the Longhorns a 7-0 shutout on Monday. Considering the Bulldogs have won seven matchups by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

The win made it two in a row for St. Cloud and bumps their season record up to 12-9. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 0 runs in those games. As for Harmony, they now have a losing record of 7-8.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. Cloud will welcome Lake Howell at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Harmony, they will challenge Eau Gallie at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
