The home team had won the previous five meetings between Abilene and Concordia, and Concordia kept the tradition alive. The Cowboys fell 2-0 to the Panthers on Saturday. The Cowboys have struggled against the Panthers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Annastyn Waite paced Abilene's offense, picking up five kills. Waite got some help from Rylee Miller and her 11 assists.
