Faith Baptist Christian Academy gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. They really took it to the Appling Christian Academy Eagles for the full four quarters, racking up an 80-37 win. The Crusaders have beaten the Eagles the last seven times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Eagles has come to flipping the script.

Grant Frazier was a one-man wrecking crew as he went 9-for-18 to rack up 24 points and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Jefferson Weaver, who dropped a double-double with 12 points and ten rebounds.

Faith Baptist Christian Academy was working as a unit and finished the game with 18 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Appling Christian Academy only posted two.

When it comes to explaining why Appling Christian Academy lost, don't look at Jaden Drake. Despite the final result, he posted 16 points and four steals. Drake is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in each of the last four games he's played dating back to last season.

Faith Baptist Christian Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 78-61 victory against The Habersham School on the 7th. As for Appling Christian Academy, they are taking a road trip to challenge Trinity Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
