Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Brashear). They blew past the La Plata Bulldogs 61-39 on Friday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Tigers have posted against the Bulldogs since December 11, 2018.

Brashear's win bumped their record up to 8-9. As for La Plata, their loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 6-1 and their overall record down to 10-6.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Brashear will venture away from home to challenge Knox County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for La Plata, they are taking a road trip to square off against Putnam County at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. La Plata is facing Putnam County at the right time seeing as Putnam County is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
