New Oxford put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They beat the Warwick Warriors by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 14-7. The Colonials have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Warriors, too.

The critical scores for New Oxford came from Jack Rios and Brody Holmes.

Most of the squad's points came courtesy of special teams, who contributed eight in total. The biggest highlight from special teams (and perhaps the team as a whole) came courtesy of Holmes, who ran a kickoff back for a touchdown.

New Oxford's victory bumped their record up to 9-0. As for Warwick, with the loss, they broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 7-2.

New Oxford and Warwick should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Pennsylvania Rankings. The Colonials (ranked 70th) will meet Eastern York (ranked 272nd) at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Warwick will face off against Manheim Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday with a big rank advantage (86 vs. 209).
