Basketball Recap: Winslow Picks Up Third Straight Win at Home

Winslow had won two straight home games and Isaac David did his part to make it three on Tuesday. The Winslow Bulldogs slipped by the Snowflake Lobos 53-52 thanks in part to David, who went 11 of 18 on his way to 28 points in addition to five rebounds and three steals. His evening made it nine games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points.

Winslow now has a winning record of 9-8. As for Snowflake, their loss was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 10-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Winslow will take on Holbrook at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Winslow is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 59.3 points per game this season. As for Snowflake, they will square off against Alchesay at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Alchesay also hasn't been messing around on offense: they've averaged 54.9 points per game.
