Volleyball Recap: Camelback Takes a Loss

Camelback was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Flowing Wells Caballeros.

Despite the loss, Camelback still got an impressive performance from Elisha Barron, who had 23 digs. Those 23 digs gave Barron a new career-high.

Camelback's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Flowing Wells, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 7-5 record this season.

Camelback has already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Pueblo on the 22nd. As for Flowing Wells, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Marana on the 21st.
