Basketball Recap: Chicago Marshall Snaps Six-Game Streak of Losses on the Road + How To Watch

After losing to Westinghouse the last time they met, Chicago Marshall decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Commandos managed a 57-51 victory over the Warriors on Thursday. The game was the first time the Commandos have beaten the Warriors on their court since December 13, 2017.

Chicago Marshall found their leader in sophomore Darrin Laye Jr, who almost dropped a double-double with 18 points and nine rebounds. Quinton Gibson was another key player, putting up 11 points.

Chicago Marshall was working as a unit and finished the game with 20 assists. That's the most assists they've posted since the start of last season.

Chicago Marshall's win ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-3. As for Westinghouse, their loss dropped their record down to 1-4.
