La Cueva hasn't lost a match since September 10th, a trend which continued in their latest game on Wednesday. They were the clear victors by a 7-1 margin over the Santa Fe Demons. The result was nothing new for La Cueva, who have now won nine contests by three goals or more so far this season.

Their offense was hitting Santa Fe from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. Winston Starr led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by himself.

La Cueva has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 13 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-1-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 54 goals over those 13 matchups. As for Santa Fe, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-12.
