Beckman extended their winning streak  to three  on Friday, bumping them up to 4-3. Everything went their way against the Sunny Hills Lancers as they made off with  a  35-14 victory. The Patriots might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four matchups by 20  points or more this season.
Beckman had a senior duo take command as  Makhi Czaykowski gained 273 total yards and a touchdown and  Noah Nam rushed for 45 yards and two  scores. Czaykowski's rushing production has been exceptional  as that marked his sixth straight game with at least 112  rushing yards. Another player making a difference was  Sawyer Nickelson, who picked up 96 receiving yards and one  TD.
 Beckman didn't let much get past them through the air: they limited Sunny Hills to a completion percentage of just 50%. That dominant aerial defense primarily came from four players:  Colin Singh,  Nathan Garcia,  Xavier Musselman-Cano,  and  Jesus Nava, who each logged one passes deflected. Beckman has been improving in that area: they had allowed a completion percentage of 0.58 earlier this season, but they've only allowed one of 0.58 in their last three games.
As for Sunny Hills,  the  defeat snapped their winning streak at three games  and leaves them with a 5-2 record. The  contest marked their lowest-scoring  game so far this season.
 When it comes to explaining why Sunny Hills lost, don't look at  George Shelledy. Despite the final result, he rushed for 106 yards and one  touchdown. The Lancers also got help from  Kruz Sandle, who showed off his sure hands for 80  receiving yards.
