Basketball Recap: Wilton Comes Up Short

Wilton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were dealt a 74-17 loss at the hands of the Center Point-Urbana Stormin' Pointers. The game marked the Beavers' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Wilton's defeat dropped their record down to 4-17. As for Center Point-Urbana, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 14-8.

Wilton does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Center Point-Urbana, they will square off against Tipton on Wednesday. One thing working in Center Point-Urbana's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last three contests.
