The Bishop McCort Crushers will take on the Bald Eagle Area Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Bishop McCort will bounce into Friday's matchup after beating Bishop Guilfoyle, who they had gone 0-9 against in their nine prior meetings. The Crushers took their game on Friday with ease, bagging a 46-18 victory over the Marauders. The Crushers' win was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Bald Eagle Area, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They never let Central Cambria get on the board and left with a 21-0 victory on Friday. The win continues a trend for the Eagles in their matchups with the Red Devils: they've now won three in a row.

Bald Eagle Area didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Jackson Millward and Luke Hosband. Bald Eagle Area got some further help from Kaden Clark: he picked up a sack and made nine total tackles (1.5 for loss).

Bishop McCort's victory bumped their record up to 10-0. As for Bald Eagle Area, the win got them back to even at 5-5.
