Softball Recap: Minnechaug Regional Falcons vs. South Hadley Tigers
Minnechaug Regional came out on top against South Hadley on Tuesday thanks in part to the team's impressive four-run third inning. The Falcons took their match against the Tigers 5-1. For the Falcons, this counts as revenge for the 1-0 victory the Tigers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in May of 2024.
Veronica Ouimet was incredible, going 3-for-4 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one triple. She has been hot, having posted at least one stolen base the last five times she's played. Another player making a difference was Abby Peyman, who went 2-for-3 with two RBI, one run, and one double.
