Volleyball Recap: St. Joseph Central Comes Up Short

St. Joseph Central lost against East back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Flyers came up short against the Tartans, falling 3-0.

While St. Joseph Central was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into East's winning margin in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-19, 25-22.

St. Joseph Central's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for East, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. St. Joseph Central is set to face off against their familiar foe Notre Dame at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, East will take on rival Green at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
