Basketball Game Preview: Taylor Yellowjackets vs. Harrison Wildcats

Taylor is 0-9 against Harrison since December of 2014 but things could change on Tuesday. The Taylor Yellowjackets will take on the Harrison Wildcats at 7:30 p.m. Taylor will be strutting in after a win while Harrison will be coming in after a defeat.

Harrison is hoping to do what Reading couldn't on Tuesday: put an end to Taylor's winning streak, which now stands at three games. Taylor breezed by Reading to the tune of 66-30. The Yellowjackets have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three contests by 26 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Harrison played a tough match on Saturday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were beaten by Anderson 71-42. The Wildcats haven't had much luck with the Raptors recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.

Harrison's loss dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Taylor, their victory bumped their record up to 7-3.

Taylor came up short against Harrison in their previous matchup back in December of 2023, falling 60-52. Thankfully for Taylor, Luke Rogers (who almost dropped a double-double on 16 points and nine boards) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result?
