Volleyball Game Preview: Chase County Longhorns vs. Hershey Panthers

The Chase County Longhorns will square off against the Hershey Panthers on Tuesday. Chase County will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak.

Chase County barely beat Bridgeport the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Longhorns were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Bulldogs on Thursday.

Chase County was especially dominant in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-10, 25-16.

Meanwhile, Hershey earned a 2-0 victory over Perkins County on Tuesday.

Hershey not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Perkins County between 17 and 19 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-17.

Hershey's win bumped their record up to 15-9. As for Chase County, their victory bumped their record up to 14-12.

Chase County was able to grind out a solid win over Hershey in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, winning 3-1. Do the Longhorns have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Panthers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
