Basketball Recap: Jonesport-Beals Takes a Loss

Jonesport-Beals lost against Shead last Tuesday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Jonesport-Beals Royals took a 53-47 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Shead Tigers.

Jonesport-Beals' defeat dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Shead, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-3.

Jonesport-Beals will host Calais at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Shead has already played their next matchup (against Deer Isle-Stonington), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
