Big game from Green as Unionville-Sebewaing won 7-4
While Thursday's win was certainly a team effort, someone pulling more than their own weight was underclassman Olivia Green. Cass City had no answer to Green on Thursday as she struck out 11 batters over 6.2 innings while giving up four earned runs off six hits.
Green and Unionville-Sebewaing will head out on the road to face off against Marlette on Monday. Unionville-Sebewaing is 6-0 against Marlette going back to April of 2017, a lead they'll look to extend.
