Tulare Union's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Brayden Stevenson, who picked up 136 receiving yards and one score. Stevenson's receiving production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fourth straight game with at least 101 receiving yards. Tulare Union also got help from Demaje Riley, who showed off his sure hands for 114 receiving yards.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Bakersfield Christian to victory, but perhaps none more so than Lincoln Adame, who threw for 266 yards and three TDs on only 19 passes. That's the most passing yards Adame has posted since back in November of 2024. Darriyon Page helped Adame out on the ground, rushing for 165 yards, while also picking up 41 receiving yards.

Having lost for the first time this season, Tulare Union fell to 4-1. As for Bakersfield Christian, their victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 5-0.

Tulare Union has already played their next game, a 49-14 win against Lemoore on the 2nd. As for Bakersfield Christian, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 35-0 victory against Ridgeview on the 3rd.
