Basketball Game Preview: Marysville-Pilchuck Tomahawks vs. Ferndale Golden Eagles

The Marysville-Pilchuck Tomahawks will head out to square off against the Ferndale Golden Eagles at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. Marysville-Pilchuck is looking for their season's first victory.

Last Thursday, Marysville-Pilchuck took a blow against Marysville Getchell, falling 77-28. The contest marked the Tomahawks' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Meanwhile, Ferndale earned a 55-45 win over Nooksack Valley on Saturday.

Marysville-Pilchuck's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Ferndale, their victory bumped their record up to 2-3.

Marysville-Pilchuck came out on top in a nail-biter against Ferndale in their previous meeting back in December of 2016, sneaking past 62-60. Will Marysville-Pilchuck repeat their success, or does Ferndale have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
