Football Recap: Southeastern RVT Comes Up Short

Southeastern RVT managed to slip by Tri-County RVT the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Hawks were dealt a 57-0 loss at the hands of the Cougars on Saturday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Hawks have suffered against the Cougars since October 26, 2019.

It was another big night for Nick O'Brien, who rushed for 210 yards and five scores while picking up 11.7 yards per carry, and also picked up 65 receiving yards and one touchdown for Tri-County RVT. Those 210 rushing yards gave O'Brien a new career-high. Declan Walker was another key player, rushing for 88 yards.

Southeastern RVT now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Tri-County RVT, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 4-0.
