Mt. Shasta came into Saturday's match having lost three straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They were the clear victor by a 70-46 margin over the Stockton Christian Eagles on Saturday. The Bears have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four contests by 24 points or more this season.

Despite the loss, Stockton Christian still got an impressive performance from Jayden Chamblee, who posted 23 points. Chamblee's morning made it ten games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. Corbin Moore was another key player, putting up eight points.

The victory got Mt. Shasta back to even at 6-6. As for Stockton Christian, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-6.

Mt. Shasta will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Eureka at 6:30 p.m. on January 2, 2025. Stockton Christian also won't see the court for a while: their next game is against Sierra Ridge Academy/ROP at 2:00 p.m. on January 4, 2025.
