Football Game Recap: Beckman vs. Clayton-Ridge

Beckman won the last time they faced Clayton-Ridge, and things went their way on Friday, too. Beckman made easy work of Clayton-Ridge and carried off a 28-6 win. Beckman were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.

The victory bumped Beckman's record up to 1-2. Clayton-Ridge are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-3.

Beckman will be staying on the road next week, facing off against Anamosa. As for Clayton-Ridge, they will face off against Bellevue. Clayton-Ridge come in off of 3 low-scoring performances in a row, a trend the squad is obviously eager to reverse.
