 The Alexandria-Monroe Tigers will be playing at home against the Frankton Eagles at 5:30  p.m.  on Thursday. The pair have allowed few  runs on average, (Alexandria-Monroe: 1.8, Frankton: 4) so any  runs scored will be well earned.
 Alexandria-Monroe can now show off eight landslide victories after their most recent  matchup  on Tuesday. They put the hurt on Mississinewa with a sharp  10-2 win. The  victory was nothing new for Alexandria-Monroe as they're now sitting on three straight.
  Brynlee Humphries was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she  struck out eight batters over  seven innings while giving up just two earned runs off   seven  hits (and only one walk). Humphries has been consistent recently: she hasn't  tossed less than five  strikeouts every time she's  pitched this season. Humphries was also big at the plate,  going 2-for-3 with  an  RBI.
 In other batting news,  Kinley Webb was  incredible,  going 4-for-4 with a  home run, five  RBI,  and two  runs. Another player making a difference was  Greenleigh Blossom, who  scored three  runs and  stole a base.
 Meanwhile, Wednesday just wasn't the day for Frankton's offense. They wound up with the same score they had in their last game (3-0), but sadly  the team found themselves on the wrong side of the score this time.
 Alexandria-Monroe pushed their record up to 10-2 with that  win, which was their fourth straight  at home. As for Frankton, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-4.
