Softball Recap: Lewiston-Altura Comes Up Short

Thursday just wasn't the day for Lewiston-Altura's offense. They lost 13-0 to the Caledonia Warriors on Thursday. The Cardinals haven't had much luck with the Warriors recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Lewiston-Altura's loss dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Caledonia, they pushed their record up to 14-1 with the victory, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Lewiston-Altura will take on Kenyon-Wanamingo at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Caledonia, they will square off against Dover-Eyota at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
