Baseball Recap: Gardena Takes a Loss

Gardena lost against Carson last Wednesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Panthers lost 18-1 to the Colts. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Gardena saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Marco Viveros, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one double.

Gardena's loss dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Carson, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 6-9.

Gardena didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 22-10 defeat against Arleta on the 5th. As for Carson, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 13-2 victory against Taft on the 5th.
