Basketball Recap: Saturday's Victory Is Sidney's Eighth in Last Nine Outings

Butler typically has all the answers at home, but on Saturday Sidney proved too difficult a challenge. They walked away with a 41-30 victory over the Butler Aviators. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Yellowjackets.

Sidney has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 15-4 record this season. As for Butler, their defeat ended a ten-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 19-1.

Sidney will host Tri-Village at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Butler, they will head out on the road to square off against Greenville at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Butler's defense has only allowed 28.6 points per game this season, so Greenville's offense will have their work cut out for them.
