Basketball Recap: Delcambre Comes Up Short

Delcambre was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They lost 49-26 to the Franklin Hornets. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Hornets this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 56-27 back in January.

Delcambre's defeat dropped their record down to 1-16. As for Franklin, they now have a winning record of 12-11.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Delcambre will host Basile at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Franklin, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Catholic - N.I. at 6:30 p.m. The Panthers will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something the Hornets surely won't give up without a fight.
