Soccer Recap: Whitney Point Takes a Loss

Whitney Point lost against Charles O. Dickerson last Monday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Eagles lost 11-1 to the Blue Raiders. While losing is never fun, Whitney Point can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New York soccer rankings (they are ranked 107th, while Charles O. Dickerson are ranked 19th).

Whitney Point's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Charles O. Dickerson, their win bumped their record up to 6-0-1.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Whitney Point is set to challenge their familiar foe Lansing at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Charles O. Dickerson will face off against rival Union Springs at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
