Soccer Recap: Marysville-Pilchuck Comes Up Short

Marysville-Pilchuck came into their game on Thursday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 4-0 to the Sehome Mariners. While losing is never fun, Marysville-Pilchuck can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington soccer rankings (they are ranked 228th, while Sehome are ranked 27th).

Marysville-Pilchuck's defeat dropped their record down to 3-14. As for Sehome, the win keeps they at an undefeated 15-0-2.

Coming up, Marysville-Pilchuck will challenge Bellingham at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday. Sehome does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
