Volleyball Game Preview: Jordan-Matthews Jets vs. Seaforth Hawks

Jordan-Matthews is preparing for their first conference matchup of the season on Tuesday. They will head out on the road to square off against the Seaforth Hawks at 5:00 p.m. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Jordan-Matthews took a loss when they played away from home on Thursday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Monday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over Freedom Christian Academy.

Jordan-Matthews had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 20-25, 25-11, 25-19, 25-19.

Meanwhile, Seaforth beat Orange 3-1 on Thursday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 18-25, 25-22, 25-17.

Seaforth now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Jordan-Matthews, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.
