The Clermont Northeastern Rockets will face off against the Blanchester Wildcats at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Clermont Northeastern is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.4 runs per game this season.

Lansing went 3-for-4 with four stolen bases, four runs, and two RBI, while Strange went 3-for-4 with one home run, four runs, and three RBI. With that strong performance, Lansing is now averaging an impressive 1.1 stolen bases per game. Reece Ledford was another key player, going 1-for-3 with five stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI.
Blanchester was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .517. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .346 or higher in three consecutive contests.
Blanchester's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-8. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 16.4 runs over those games. As for Clermont Northeastern, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-6 record this season.
