Volleyball Recap: Brown Deer Takes a Loss

Brown Deer was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Union Grove Broncos.

Alayna Young paced Brown Deer's offense, picking up four kills. Young got some help from Jalisa Washington and her seven assists. Jaila Washington controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Brown Deer's defeat dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Union Grove, they now have a winning record of 5-4.

Brown Deer wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 loss against Greenfield on the 6th. As for Union Grove, they will take on Verona in a tournament on Saturday.
